We deliver construction projects in the industrial sector, providing comprehensive general contracting for production, warehouse, and office facilities. We ensure consistent project delivery at every stage, from preparatory and design works, through construction and installation, to final inspections and obtaining occupancy permits.

Our approach is based on integrating construction with technology and installations, enabling us to deliver facilities fully aligned with the investor’s real process requirements.

Scope of delivered projects

We specialize in the delivery of industrial and related facilities, in particular:

  • production and technological halls,
  • warehouse halls and logistics facilities,
  • production plants, including new construction, extensions, and modernization,
  • buildings with office and social facilities,
  • technical infrastructure for industrial facilities,
  • modernization and adaptation of operational facilities.

Each project is analyzed individually, taking into account technological requirements, plant work organization, future expansion, and applicable regulations and standards.

One responsible partner

Under the general contracting model, we assume full responsibility for project delivery. We act as a single, accountable partner, coordinating all trades and participants involved in the construction process.

As part of general contracting, we provide:

  • consultation and engineering design,
  • organization and coordination of construction and installation works,
  • planning and supervision of the project schedule,
  • selection, coordination, and settlement of subcontractors,
  • technical supervision and quality control,
  • preparation and management of formal and acceptance documentation,
  • compliance with construction law regulations and occupational health and safety requirements.

As a result, the investor benefits from a clear allocation of responsibilities, a simplified execution process, and full control over the investment.

Building installations and technical infrastructure

Building and technical installations are an integral part of the projects we deliver. We execute complete sanitary and electrical installations tailored to the specific characteristics of the facility and the technological process. The scope of installations includes, among others: water supply and sewerage systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems,nlow- and medium-voltage electrical installations,npower, lighting, and telecommunication installations, building control and automation systems. We also provide measurements, testing, technical documentation, and acceptance procedures for the installations.

Warehousing and logistics

We design and deliver warehouse and logistics facilities adapted to storage, order picking, and distribution processes. Our designs take into account material flow organization, workplace ergonomics, and the possibility of future expansion.

We support investors in optimizing warehouse space utilization and adapting facilities to modern logistics solutions and warehouse management systems.

Execution in operational facilities

We have experience in delivering projects within operational industrial facilities. Works are carried out in a manner that ensures continuity of plant operations, minimizes downtime, and guarantees the safety of users and personnel.
