Filters and Filtration Systems
Liquid filtration for industrial applications
We design and deliver filters as well as complete filtration systems dedicated to liquid filtration in industrial installations. Solutions are tailored to the characteristics of the medium, the required separation accuracy, and the operating conditions of the installation.
Each project and filter is developed individually, taking into account process capacity, liquid properties, and applicable technological and regulatory requirements.
Filtration solutions
We deliver both standalone filters and complex filtration systems forming part of larger technological installations. Solutions may operate as independent modules or as part of a process line, cooperating with pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, and control automation systems.
Systems are configured to ensure stable flow parameters, protection of process equipment, and reduction of medium losses and operational downtime.
Execution and system integration
The scope of delivery includes detailed design, manufacturing of equipment, on-site installation, and system commissioning. Solutions may function as standalone units or as part of larger process lines and can be integrated with sludge transport systems, control automation, and filtrate discharge installations, ensuring stable and repeatable operation under industrial conditions.
We provide integration with building automation systems, control systems, and existing technological infrastructure. By delivering within a single organization, we guarantee technical consistency, clear responsibility, and quality control at every stage of the project.
Types of filters
The selection of a solution depends on the characteristics of the liquid, the size and type of contaminants, the required filtration accuracy, and the pressure and temperature conditions of the process.
Bag and multi-bag filters
Bag filters are designed for the separation of solid particles from liquids in installations requiring stable flow parameters and consistent filtration quality. The housing design allows quick access to filter elements and efficient bag replacement, minimizing system downtime.
Multi-bag versions are used in higher-capacity applications where increased filtration surface area and longer operating cycles between element replacements are required. These solutions enable even flow distribution, reduction of pressure drops, and continuity of the process.
Configuration, including the number of bags, filter media material, and filtration accuracy, is selected based on liquid characteristics, contamination levels, and the required separation efficiency.
Self-cleaning filters
Self-cleaning filters are intended for installations requiring continuous operation without frequent service interruptions. The automatic cleaning mechanism of the filter element allows maintenance of constant flow parameters while limiting medium losses.
These solutions are suitable for processes with variable contamination levels and where automation and downtime reduction are critical.
Filter presses
Filter presses are used for separating solid particles from liquid suspensions and for dewatering sludge generated in industrial processes. This solution enables effective separation of the solid and liquid phases while maintaining high process efficiency and reducing the volume of generated waste.
The filtration process is carried out by passing the medium through a pack of filter plates on which a filter cake is formed. Proper selection of operating pressure, filtration surface area, and filter media materials allows the required level of dewatering and liquid clarity to be achieved.
Wedge wire screens
Wedge wire screens are used in preliminary liquid filtration processes and for the separation of particles of a defined size. They are characterized by high mechanical resistance and the ability to operate under demanding industrial conditions.
They are applied in water, process, and technological installations where effective separation of solid contaminants from liquid media is required.
