Line Configuration
The implemented system includes:
- a four-head filling machine,
- an automatic capping unit,
- a labeling system,
- integrated container transfer between modules,
- a control system ensuring synchronization of the entire line.
The configuration was tailored to the specific characteristics of the handled medium and the requirements related to unit packaging formats.
FAT – Factory Acceptance Testing
Prior to shipment, the line underwent a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), including:
- verification of dosing accuracy,
- synchronization testing of all units,
- validation of safety system performance,
- labeling tests in accordance with the client’s specifications.
Following successful FAT completion, the line was prepared for transport and delivery.
Installation and Commissioning at the Client’s Facility
The line is currently being installed at the client’s plant and integrated with the existing production infrastructure. The next stage will include commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) under operational conditions.
The project scope covered engineering, manufacturing, system integration, and preparation for deployment in an industrial environment with high quality and safety standards.
A Flexible Solution for the Chemical Distribution Sector
For companies operating in chemical raw material distribution, key factors include:
- dosing precision,
- compliance with product labeling regulations,
- operational repeatability,
- the ability to handle multiple product batches.
The delivered line addresses these requirements, ensuring stable and controlled performance while maintaining compact dimensions and a modular design.
