Industrial tanks
We deliver industrial tanks designed for real process conditions and operational reliability.
Tanks
We design, manufacture, and deliver industrial tanks intended for operation in technological installations with increased operational requirements. Each tank is engineered individually, taking into account process parameters, the properties of the stored medium, environmental conditions, as well as applicable standards and regulations.
Our scope of work covers the complete project lifecycle—from the analysis of process and design assumptions, through material selection and manufacturing technology, to installation, testing, and commissioning.
Tank solutions
We design storage tanks for the safe and long-term storage of liquid and bulk media in industrial environments. Solutions are tailored to the type and properties of the medium, required capacity, local conditions, and operational requirements.
Our designs take into account, among others:
- static and operational loads,
- corrosion protection,
- structural solutions ensuring durability and tightness,
- formal requirements arising from technical regulations and technical supervision authorities.
Pressure tanks are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive and the relevant technical supervision authorities. The design and manufacturing process is based on detailed strength calculations, appropriate material selection, and quality control at every stage of execution.
We place particular emphasis on:
- operational safety,
- formal and legal compliance,
- complete technical and acceptance documentation,
- meeting the requirements for technical inspections and approval for operation.
Process tanks are designed as an integral part of technological installations, in close relation to the process flow and automation systems. We consider operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, mixing, residence time of the medium, and interaction with other installation components.
As a result, we ensure:
- process stability and repeatability,
- proper integration with control and automation systems,
- ease of maintenance and the possibility of future expansion of the installation.
For projects requiring large capacities, we deliver tanks constructed directly at the project site. This approach enables the execution of structures exceeding transport limitations and allows adaptation to local technical and spatial conditions.
On-site execution includes:
- preparation of detailed execution and installation documentation,
- prefabrication of components,
- assembly, welding, and quality control on site,
- testing, inspections, and preparation for operation.
Technical responsibility and execution consistency
The entire process, from design and production to installation and commissioning, is carried out within a single organization. This ensures full technical consistency, clear responsibility, and effective coordination at all stages of project execution.
Cooperation process
Needs and requirements analysis
The cooperation process begins with a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and the project’s technical assumptions. We analyze process requirements, operating conditions, local constraints, and applicable standards and regulations.
Engineering and technical concept
Based on the collected data, we develop the technical concept and design documentation in our in-house engineering office. At this stage, structural and technological solutions as well as the scope of execution are defined.
Production and preparation for execution
Once the design is approved, we commence production in our own facilities or prepare components for on-site assembly. The process is carried out in accordance with established quality standards and the project schedule.
Installation and project execution
We perform installation works and construction activities in a general contractor model or according to the agreed scope. We ensure work coordination, technical supervision, and compliance with safety requirements.
Inspections and commissioning
After completion of the works, we conduct tests, technical inspections, and final commissioning of the installation. The project is handed over for operation together with complete technical and acceptance documentation.
